Project Overview

Offering approximately 102,000 sqm of high‑quality, flexible office space across 56 storeys as part of a mixed‑use tower reaching 263.4 m, known as “The Diamond”. Designed with sustainability ambitions including net‑zero carbon strategies, it is scheduled for completion in 2027.

The development will deliver a striking new office tower in the heart of the City, enhancing Grade A workspace provision while improving public realm and pedestrian connectivity. With sustainability, design quality, and urban integration at its core, 100 Leadenhall Street is designed to meet modern occupier needs and contribute long-term economic, social, and environmental benefits to the Square Mile.

London & Oriental LLP – Owner / Asset Manager

Acts as the UK property adviser and asset manager for the development on behalf of Lai Sun Development, overseeing investment strategy and project stewardship.

Lai Sun Development – Developer / Client

Principal developer driving the redevelopment of the site into 100 Leadenhall Street, bringing forward planning, investment and delivery of the landmark tower.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) – Architect & Structural Engineer

Responsible for the architectural design and structural engineering of the development, crafting the tapered diamond form and public realm integration.

DP9 – Planning Consultant

Provides strategic planning advice and supported the planning application process leading to consent for the scheme.

WSP – MEP & Engineering Consultant

Delivers mechanical, electrical and sustainability engineering consultancy, supporting the net‑zero carbon design ambitions.
