Project Overview

​Offering 154,000 sqm of commercial space across 74 storeys. The scheme will deliver nearly 13% of the City of London’s identified office requirement. Approved to match the height of The Shard (309.6m). Scheduled for completion in 2030.

The development will deliver one of the City’s tallest and most distinctive towers, reinforcing the area’s global business appeal while activating the public realm at multiple levels. With a strong focus on sustainability, wellbeing and architectural excellence, 1 Undershaft is designed to meet evolving occupier demands and contribute lasting economic, social and environmental benefits to the Square Mile.
