Together with 4C Group, leads the development of 60 Aldgate, delivering the office and public realm elements of the Minories estate regeneration.
4C Hotel Group – Developer (Joint Venture Partner)
Joint venture partner with Rocket Properties, involved in driving the planning, delivery and integration of the office element within the broader Minories mixed‑use masterplan.
WSP – Engineering Consultant
Provides structural and engineering advisory services across the project, including integration with challenging site constraints such as underground infrastructure.
ACME – Architect
Responsible for the architectural design of the building, embedding sustainability, large flexible floorplates and green spaces into the office scheme.
Spacehub – Landscape Designer
Designs the public realm and landscape elements of the scheme, creating quality outdoor spaces and connections within the development.
Transport for London – Landowner / Strategic Partner
Enabled delivery of 60 Aldgate through a development agreement, supporting the regeneration of land adjacent to its transport infrastructure.
