Project Overview

Offering approximately 635,000 sq ft of premium Grade A commercial office space across 46 storeys. Designed as a fossil fuel‑free, all‑electric building targeting high sustainability ratings (BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5 Star and net zero carbon in operation). Scheduled for completion in 2030s.

The development will deliver a landmark tower in the City’s Eastern Cluster, combining premium office space with public parkland, landscaped terraces, and flexible amenity areas. Designed to the highest sustainability standards, 63 St Mary Axe will enhance the skyline, improve the public realm, and support modern occupier needs while contributing to the long-term economic and environmental resilience of the Square Mile.
