Project Overview

Offering approximately 400,000 sq ft of high-quality commercial workspace across 37 storeys. Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, targeting leading green accreditations. Scheduled for completion in 2031.

The development will deliver a prominent new addition to the City’s Eastern Cluster, strengthening Grade A office provision while enhancing the surrounding public realm. With sustainability, design quality and urban integration at its core, 70 Gracechurch Street is intended to support evolving workplace demands and contribute positively to the long-term economic and environmental resilience of the Square Mile.

Principal client and investor driving the development, introducing a high‑quality workplace destination with improved public realm and office space in the City of London.

Stanhope PLC – Development Manager

Oversees delivery of the project, coordinates the consultant team, and manages overall strategy and programme.

Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates – Architect

Responsible for the architectural design of the new tower, incorporating sustainable features, public realm improvements and a public viewing gallery.
