Multiplex Construction Europe Ltd - Main Contractor
Multiplex Construction Europe Ltd is expected to be appointed as the main contractor, working with Brookfield’s delivery team. Planning documents refer to Multiplex’s involvement in the construction management plan, confirming their role on site.
JLL – Leasing Agent
Appointed to manage leasing strategy for the office floorspace and support pre-letting and occupier engagement.
Kanda Consulting – Engagement Consultant
Leads community and stakeholder consultation, ensuring meaningful engagement and alignment with social value goals.
Andy Sturgeon Design – Landscape Designer
Designs public realm, pedestrian routes, vertical gardens, terraces and green spaces that animate the development and improve environmental quality.
Mishcon de Reya – Legal Advisor
Provides construction legal advice and negotiated documentation to support delivery and planning compliance for the redevelopment.
City of London Corporation – Planning Authority
Granted planning permission for the scheme on 31 January 2025 and oversees planning conditions, public realm improvements and policy compliance
